We endeavour to have your order delivered to your door with in 2 -4 business days anywhere in New Zealand.
Delivery in New Zealand will be by courier. Rural Delivery anywhere in New Zealand may incur additional freight costs; we will contact you prior to goods being dispatched if there are additional costs
We charge a small delivery fee of $5.50 for every order in New Zealand.
Botanical Skincare is dedicated to delivering your goods in tip top condition. If for what every reason they arrive to you in less than perfect condition we would like to know. Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example). We do not offer cash refunds. However, we may accommodate refunds if product is returned due to an allergic reaction or damage/defect. In order to receive store-credit/refund, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase and send the product back to us within 10 days of getting in touch. There must be 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify.
We will not be able to refund purchases that were made from our retailers, but may qualify on case by case basis for store-credit with proof of purchase. Botanical Skincare is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Botanical Skincare.
